In reply to Ekrem Fuldagli. Yeah, professional using of double kerambit makes person a very effective warrior, I bet a lot of people will start looking for Silat schools now like it was with Wing Chun after Ip Man masterpiece movie, a very good promotion of martial art.

Cecep Arif Rahman is a very competent Silat practitioner. His use of the double kerambit (knife) shows the awesome effectiveness of a blade that is designed to be an extension of your own body. This makes it extremely difficult to disarm which was portrayed in the movie. I think overall Gareth Evans cast all the characters well and this lends to the credibility of combat silat over other traditional martial arts forms as it is simply meant to display what it is, devastating. I was teaching the use of a hammer as a weapon with more than just impact potential so I was quite happy to see Julie Estelle as Hammer girl use the double hammer with great effect.

In reply to Ekrem Fuldagli. Thankfully, there will be a Raid 3! Gareth Evans has stated he will do it, although it will be some time because he wants to focus on other movies first. We're talking something like a few years before production, but you never know! He *does* want to do it and finish the story. I'm excited!

This was absolutely SPECTACULAR! A 10 out of 10 from me and the person who came with me.
Quite honestly, I think it was a 10 out of 10 from everyone who attended, because we were cheering and clapping after individual fight scenes. The audience was thrilled and many were on the edges of their seats (literally) when the fighting started.

I really appreciate and want to thank you for giving us the opportunity to see it! it was legitimately one of the best movies I’ve seen in my entire life, tied with Inception. Definitely the best of its genre.

The film looked great. The acting was vastly improved from the first, and the attention to detail was really there. A highly polished film, however the story does drag a bit during the middle, some choppier editing would of done good. Everyone came to see the action and this is where the movie shines. Brutal, nasty and incredible. Props to the sound department for such a convincing soundtrack and effects, they really made the film special. I thought Hammer Girl was very very cute! What a hotty! Great acting, fantastic soundtrack, sometimes slow but effective editing and A class choreography. A highly polished sequel

In reply to Ekrem Fuldagli. It is interesting to hear the meaning from the Silat practitioner. How did you find the main bad guy with knives, Cecep Arif Rahman, I think he stole the show, a true master of Silat.
