Liam Neeson, 61 years old, is going to use his particular set of skills in Taken 3

Liam Neeson is reportedly takin’ home an epic $20 million paycheck for the third installment of Luc Besson’s franchise Taken. The Taken 3 movie should go into production in 2014, and it’ll be produced by 20th Century Fox and EuropaCorp Production.

This is a significant raise for Neeson, who got $15 million for Taken 2, which took in $376 million at the box office ($150 million more than the original).

In Taken Liam plays retired CIA agent Bryan Mills, who has to use all of his old tricks and skills to track down his daughter when she is kidnapped. In Taken 2 it is Mills himself who is taken by Albanian terrorists, and he has to rely on his teenage daughter to rescue him. What we will see in Taken 3?

Luc Besson, the writer responsible for both films, was initially sceptical about a second sequel but has been credited for the third film already.

In both films Neeson takes part in several action sequences which require a lot of physical flexibility and strength for a man of 61.
