Interpol agent T.O.P. gets Out of Control in escape operation

Muscle cars chasing, limousine drive through the bus, woman on top of a car on a full speed and amazing fighting sequences in the new action movie Out of Control.

This is another Chinese-German film project with Seung Hyun Choi, Cecilia Cheung, David Cheung and Michael Trevino in main roles.

Seung Hyun Choi aka T.O.P. is an ex-member of Korean band Big Bang who became and actor in 2010 portraying an assassin in the Korean drama Iris. He mostly known for his role in 71: Into the fire which brought him several awards. In 2013 his movie Commitment became number one at the Korean box-office.

“Choi Seung Hyun has received many love calls from Chinese and Japanese dramas and films. The scenario for ‘Out of Control’ caught his attention the most so he decided to take it.”

The award-winning actress Cecilia Cheung got back to movies after the four years break since her divorce with Nicholas Tse. While she is selective in her projects, she agreed to play in this movie.

“The producer and director were very sincere in having me on board. I’ve never taken on this type of action film before. In the movie, I’ll be playing a weak and docile woman who slowly turns into a strong heroine.”

Some reports were saying legendary actor Al Pacino is very likely to join the film but it didn’t happen. But fans will see Michael Trevino from the Vampire Diaries.

Fight choreography done by Tolga Degirmen who worked on Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters and Hitman: Agent 47. Stunt coordinator Christopher Domansky previously worked on German TV series and movies.

Out of Control is co-directed by Axel Sand and Richard Lin and based on a script written by Andreas Heckmann, they all worked on Alarm for Cobra 11 TV show.

Synopsis: Chinese superstar who goes to Germany for a red carpet event and falls into a conspiracy. She then meets a Korean Interpol agent and begins an intense rescue and escape operation.
