“Every hero has a beginning.” And that includes a retired CIA agent Bryan Mills.
The new NBC series is based on the Luc Besson famous film franchise Taken with Liam Neeson, who known by his famous monologues about particular set of skills.
Taken series is actually a prequel, following a young Bryan Mills as he is recruited into the CIA after saving a train full of innocent bystanders from a team of deadly gunmen.
The lead played by Irish actor Clive Standen mostly known by Vikings series, his square-jawed look really reminds Liam Neeson so it is a plus to casting team.
Taken TV series is produced by EuropaCorp TV and Universal Television and will premiere on February 27, 2017 on NBC.
The cast includes Jennifer Beals, Brooklyn Sudano, Monique Gabriella Curnen, Gaius Charles, Michael Irby, James Landry Hebert, and Jose Pablo Cantillo.
Synopsys: story follows the origin of younger, hungrier, former Green Beret Bryan Mills as he deals with a personal tragedy that shakes his world. As he fights to overcome the incident and exact revenge, Mills is pulled into a career as a deadly CIA operative, a job that awakens his very particular, and very dangerous, set of skills.
