Jackie Chan joins forces with Stallone for The Ex-Baghdad

The Ex-Baghdad

Jackie Chan and Sylvester Stallone are teamed for the $80 million budget action film Ex-Baghdad.

Plot: When China-run oil refinery is attacked in Mosul, Iraq, a Chinese private security contractor is called in to extract the oil workers. He learns, however, that the attackers’ real plan is to steal a fortune in oil, and teams up with an American former Marine to stop them.

For me this is like a dream come true, as they are both my favorite action start and see them together on a screen is a truly enjoyable event.

It’s actually was a shock that Jackie never made an appearance in Stallone’s Expendables franchise.

Film will be directed by Waugh, known for directing Act of Valor and Need For Speed and written by Arash Amel.

There’s no release date set for Ex-Baghdad at this point.
