Check out the first trailer to Mechanic Resurrection movie starring Jason Statham, Jessica Alba and Tommy Lee Jones.
And here is the UK trailer with much more tough and deadly Statham and a little bit of Michelle Yeoh.
“He’s fun (referring to Statham)! He’s very good at what he does. I actually only have a cameo role. I really wanted to be able to do more because of Jessica Alba and we had a nice time filming. We were in one of the smaller island near Phuket, Thailand. I only had about two weeks with them, which was too short. I play the reliable buddy when he’s in trouble and he needs to go to. A lot of people wanted me to have a bigger role, but maybe next time.”
Jessica Alba, Michell Yeoh and Tommy Lee Jones joined Jason Statham on sets of The Mechanic 2. Filming location includes many exotic places such as Thailand, Brazil, and Bulgaria. The film is set for release on January 22, 2016!
Synopsis: Arthur Bishop thought he had put his murderous past behind him when his most formidable foe kidnaps the love of his life. Now he is forced to travel the globe to complete three impossible assassinations, and do what he does best, make them look like accidents.
Summit Entertainment announced today that Mechanic Resurrection will open in theatres on January 22, 2016 with a cast led by Jason Statham, Jessica Alba, Tommy Lee Jones, and Michelle Yeoh.

German director Dennis Gansel is in talks to direct The Mechanic Resurrection, the sequel to the 2011 action thriller starring Jason Statham.
Statham has come on board to star in the Mechanic sequel, reprising his role as Arthur Bishop, the “mechanic” of the title, an elite assassin with a talent for cleanly killing targets, often making it look like an accidental death and with a strict code of conduct.
The first Mechanic film grossed just under $30 million in the U.S. and around $22 million internationally. But the pure genre nature of the project and Statham’s loyal global home video fan base makes Mechanic 2 a potentially lucrative proposal.
