The Book of Boba Fett sees the return of Temuera Morrison as he reprises his fan-favorite space bounty hunter role as Boba Fett, who was last seen by Star Wars fans during the post-credits scene of the second season finale of The Mandalorian.
The series finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the Galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.
The spin-off is executive produced by Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, Colin Wilson, Karen Gilchrist, and Carrie Beck, with John Bartnicki, and John Hampian set as producers.
The newest live-action Star Wars series is slated to premiere on Wednesday, December 29, exclusively on Disney+.
